Grandma's 100% Pavlova | Recipe Binder
This is 100%, because it’s the success rate I’ve had with it. This is my Grandma’s recipe and I swear by it! It results in a pav that is crispy on the outside and a marshmallowy in the middle.
Ingredients
- 4 egg whites, room temperature
- 250g caster sugar
- pinch salt
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 dessertspoon cornflour
- 300mL thickened cream
- 250g mascarpone
- 1 tablespoons caster sugar extra
- 1-2 teaspoons vanilla extra
- Fresh fruit in season
