• ½ tbsp olive oil
• 1 egg, beaten
• 1 tsp mixed dried herbs
• 1 onion, peeled and finely chopped
• 4 slices of cheese (optional)
• 4 Burger Baps
• The Greengrocers tomatoes, sliced
• The Greengrocers little gem lettuce
• Pickles
• Red onion
• Relish
• Streaky bacon
