Piper’s Strawberry Chocolate Hoedown Pie | American Pie Council

Ingredients

• Eight Sheets of Graham Cracker Crumbs (about one cup)
• Half of a cup pecans (put in food processor and make fine pieces)
• Half of a cup oats (put in a food processor and make fine pieces)
• 5 T. Coconut Oil or Butter (melted)
• 3. T Sugar
• 8 oz. Philadelphia Cream Cheese- Low Fat or regular
• One Half Cup Confectioners€™ Sugar
• One half teaspoon clear vanilla extract
• 8 oz. Cool Whip €“ Fat free works great
• 4 oz. semisweet or bitter baking chocolate- (Melted)
• One and a half cups sugar (pulse ten times in a food processor)
• 2 sticks of butter
• One teaspoon of vanilla extract
• Four whole eggs- (I used pasteurized eggs)
• 22 oz Frozen Strawberries in Syrup- Thawed
• One quart fresh strawberries €“ cut into pieces and let dry
• 4-6 tablespoons of corn starch (use more if the fresh berries are juicy)
