Ingredients

• 2 teaspoons (10 ml) whole-grain mustard
• 2 tablespoons (30 ml) cider vinegar
• 2 tablespoons (30 ml) vegetable oil
• 1 pinch sugar
• Salt and pepper
• 1 cup (250 ml) radishes thinly sliced with a mandolin
• 1/3 cup (75 ml) golden raisins
• 1 large Granny Smith apple, cored and cut into matchsticks
• 2 cups (500 ml) white turnip, peeled and julienned
