Stuffed Courgette (Zucchini) Boat Recipe (Video) - How To Make Recipes
I often prepare food from this vegetable, but our favourite way to make/eat zucchini is to stuff it and serve it as a main dish.
Ingredients
- 4 tbsp Grated Cheese
- 0.5 tbsp Chopped Parsley
- 0.5 tsp Chopped Basil
- 80 grams (2.8 oz) Boiled Corn Seeds
- 1 Medium Onion
- 2 Cloves of Garlic
- 4 Whole Courgette
- 100 grams (3.5 oz) Couscous
- 300 ml (10 oz) Tomato Juice
- 200 ml (6.7 oz) White Vine
- 500 grams (17 oz) Meat mince
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Olive Oil
