• 1.5 lbs 75% Ground Beef
• 2c Fresh Horse Radish (shredded)
• 1c Spanish Sweet Onion (chopped)
• 1/3c Fresh Garlic (minced)
• 2 eggs
• 2 1/2tbs. Kosher salt
• 1 tsp Fresh Ground pepper
• 1/3c Water
• 18 Strips thick cut Bacon
• 6oz. of Danish Blue Cheese
• 1/4c good burbon
• 2 tbs Brown sugar
• Romaine Lettuce
• Beef Steak Tomatoes
• 1/2c Mayonnaise
• 1/2c soft butter
