• 2 1/2 cups King Arthur Measure for Measure gf flour
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 cup half and half or buttermilk if desired
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• 1/3 cup white sugar
• 1/3 cup butter
• 2 TBS fresh lemon juice
