• 1 batch pizza dough
• 1 lb cream cheese, room temperature
• 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, minced
• 2 tbsp fresh thyme, minced
• 1 tbsp fresh sage, minced
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tbsp Cattleman’s Grill California Tri-tip Seasoning
• 2 large sweet onions, sliced
• 4 tbsp butter
• kosher salt, to taste
• baby arugula, for topping (optional)
• 500 g ’00’ pizza flour
• 325 g warm water (115°F)
• 10 g kosher salt
• 5 g dry active yeast
• 3/4 cup balsamic vinegar
• 1/4 cup apple juice
