- 4 tablespoons pure vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons ground nutmeg
- 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons ground cloves
- 3 cups heavy cream
- 3 cups whole milk
- Candied or praline pecans, for garnish
