Ingredients

• juice from one orange
• 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup baby spinach
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
• 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
