Tortilla Roti With Crumb Strips / My Recipe recipe by Mrs Admin (mashuda)

Ingredients

• store bought tortilla or :
• 2 cups flour
• ½ teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• ½ kilo chicken fillet cut into strips
• Add :
• 1 egg
• 1 tablespoon mayo
• 1 teaspoon garlic
• ½ teaspoon Crushed black pepper
• ¼ teaspoon white pepper
• sprinkle of cayenne pepper
• ½ teaspoon parsley
• 1 teaspoon gorima BBQ spice / any if you dnt have this brand
• Salt
• 1 teaspoon Chinese salt
• 2 tablespoon corn flour
• Flour for coating :
• 1 cup flour
• 1 teaspoon bbq spice
• sprinkle crushed black pepper
