Ingredients: 1 kg chicken fillet cut into small strips; 1 teaspoon garlic; 1 teaspoon ginger; 1 teaspoon red chilli paste; 2 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon; 1 teaspoon dhana powder; 1 tablespoon Calistos prego spice / Gorimas bbq spice; 1 teaspoon tikka spice / tandoori of your choice; 2 tablespoon mayo; 2 tablespoon tomato ketchup; 4 tablespoon prego sauce of your choice ( I used Minnie’s Prego or Calistos sauce mild peri ); Add salt last as spices and sauce has salt

4 tablespoon prego sauce of your choice ( I used Minnie’s Prego or Calistos sauce mild peri )
