Warm and Creamy Baked Potato Soup with Cheddar and Bacon

Ingredients

• 4 – 5 baking potatoes
• 2 cups water
• 1 qt (946 ml) milk
• 0.5 cup celery
• 0.25 cup butter
• 0.5 cup sour cream
• 0.33 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
• 0.33 cup chopped green onion
• 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
• 1 tbsp fresh parsley or dill , chopped
• salt and pepper to taste
