• BROWNIES:
• 2 cups sugar
• 1 cup canola oil
• 3/4 cup baking cocoa
• 4 large eggs, room temperature
• 1/4 cup 2% milk
• 1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• Flaky sea salt, for topping
