Ingredients

• 125g Flahavan’s Progress Oatlets
• 100ml milk
• 2 large eggs, separated
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1⁄4 tsp salt
• 1⁄2 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tbsp chia seeds
• 2 tbsp sunflower oil
• 375g blueberries
• Juice of 2 oranges
• 4 tbsp honey
• 100ml natural yoghurt, to serve
