• 175g white breadcrumbs
• 1 tsp dried sage or 1 tbsp fresh sage, finely chopped
• 2 tsp onion powder
• 3 large eggs, beaten
• 1 tbsp soy sauce
• spray oil
• fresh sage leaves (optional), to garnish
• 2 tbsp crispy onions (optional), to garnish
• 4 tbsp mayonnaise
• juice of 1 lime
• 2 tbsp sriracha
