Ingredients

• 2 c. chopped smoked beef brisket (Hormel®)
• 1/4 c. Sparky’s Wing & Dippin’ Sauce (or Sparky’s Fire)
• 1/4 c. Dorothy Lynch Home Style
• 1/4 c. olive oil
• 1 T. chopped red onion
• 1/2 T. minced garlic
• 12 mini flour or corn tortillas
• Shredded colby or monterey jack cheese
• Chopped cilantro
• Daisy sour cream
• Caramelized onions (sauté sliced red onions, olive oil, salt and pepper to taste)
