Stir Fry Noodles With Special Sauce – Pennys Menu

Ingredients

• 2 tbs oyster sauce
• 2 tsp sugar (I use white sugar)
• 1/2 lime (juice of)
• 90 gm ramen noodles
• 3 button mushrooms (sliced thickly)
• 1 head boc choy (leaves separated, washed and sliced on the diagonal in two or three large pieces)
• 1 red capsicum (thickly sliced)
• 1 carrot (julienned)
• 1 zucchini (1/2 cm sliced on the diagonal)
• 100 g chicken breast fillet (thinly sliced)
• 1 garlic clove (finely diced)
• 1 red chilli (finely diced (optional))
• 2 tbs vegetable oil
