- 8 radishes
- 2 small oranges
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 50 g watercress
- 6 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar

- 1 pinch salt and freshly ground black pepper
