Ingredients

• 1 1/2 pounds Ground Beef
• 1/4 cup Onion finely chopped
• 1 teaspoon Seasoned Salt
• 1/8 teaspoon Garlic Salt
• 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
• 1/4 cup Burgundy or other red wine
• 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
• 1/2 cup breadcrumbs if desired
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic minced if desired
• 6 slices Havarti cheese
• 6 slices Gouda cheese
