• 1/4 Cup Milk
• 3 Tablespoons Vanilla Extract, divided
• 3 Sticks Unsalted Butter, divided
• 2 Tablespoons Granulated Sugar
• 1 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
• 2 Cups Brown Sugar, packed
• 1 1/2 Cup Pecan (or Walnuts)
