• 1 cup cooked brown rice
• 2 slices whole wheat bread, torn into small pieces or 1/2 cup bread crumbs
• 1 cup drained, rinsed Rosarita® Premium Whole Black Beans
• 1/8 teaspoon ground cumin
• 1 teaspoon chili powder
