Ingredients

• 1 pinch Black Pepper
• 2 tsp Dijon Mustard
• 1 large Eggs
• 1 tbsp Ground Coriander
• 1 tbsp Ground Cumin
• 1 drop Olive Oil for greasing
• 1 tsp Olive Oil
• 1 - Onion roughly chopped
• 1 pinch Salt
• 3 tbsp SuperValu Fresh Breadcrumbs
• 750 g lean minced beef
• 2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
• 2 tins Chopped Tomatoes (400g each)
• 8 slices Crusty Bread to serve
• 2 cloves Garlic finely chopped
• 100 ml Hoisin Sauce
• 1 tin Organic Cannellini Beans drained and rinsed
• 2 sprigs SuperValu Fresh Thyme
• 2 tsp SuperValu Smoked Paprika
• 8 slices SuperValu Streaky Bacon Rashers or pancetta
