• 1 tsp hot sauce (I use Frank's Red Hot or Cholula)
• 3/4 cup panko bread crumbs
• 1/3 cup regular breadcrumbs
• 1 tbsp flour
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp pepper
• 1/2 tsp paprika
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 2 tbsp nonfat Greek Yogurt
• 2 tbsp mayo
• 1.5 tbsp ketchup
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 tsp hot sauce
