Ingredients

• 2 eggplant cut in bite size
• 1 small ampalaya (bittermelon) cut in bite size
• 5 okra cut into half
• 1/4 squash cut into cubes
• 1 bundle sitaw (string beans) cut into 3 inch long
• 1 medium tomato diced
• 1 small onion chopped
• 3 cloves garlic chopped
• 1/4 kilo pork diced
• 1 cup water
• 2-3 tbsp bagoong alamang or shrimp paste
• pepper to taste
• cooking oil
