• 1 scotch bonnet pepper, seeds removed and chopped
• 4 cloves garlic, chopped
• 1 inch ginger, chopped
• 1/4 cup oil
• 2 Tbsp ketchup
• 1 cup chicken broth
• 1/2 cup water
