• 1/2 yellow onion, chopped
• 1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
• 1 pound Greers Ranch House Sausage
• 1/2 teaspoon Head Country All-Purpose Championship Seasoning
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 package Cured Salt Pork
• Salt and pepper, to taste
• Hot sauce, to taste
• 2 cups long-grain rice
• 1 tablespoon chopped Scissortail Farms Parsley
