Citrus Spiced Chicken - A Duck's Oven

Ingredients

• 4 bone-in (skin-on chicken thighs)
• 4 bone-in (skin-on chicken drumsticks)
• 1 small yellow onion (roughly chopped)
• 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp ground cardamom
• 1/2 tsp turmeric
• 1/2 tsp paprika
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• Salt
• Pepper
• Rind and juice of 2 oranges
• Rind and juice of 1 lemon
• 1 cup chicken stock
• 1 tbsp honey
