• 60 ml water
• 60 ml cider vinegar
• 50 g dark brown sugar
• 1 tbsp chipotle chilli paste (add more to taste)
• 2 garlic cloves finely grated
• 1 tbsp smoked paprika
• 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
• Veg oil
