Air Fryer Cannelloni with Corned Beef

Ingredients

• 1 ½ cups corned beef, shredded or finely chopped
• 1 cup sauerkraut, drained and squeezed dry
• 1 ½ cups Swiss or cheddar cheese, shredded (or cheese of choice)
• 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
• 1 teaspoon dried dill
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 2 cups milk
• 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard (or 1 tbsp Dijon + 1 tbsp Wholegrain)
• to taste Salt and pepper
• ½ teaspoon nutmeg (optional)
• 12 cannelloni tubes, shredded cheddar cheese
