- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice or apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract OR ½ teaspoon of vanilla bean paste
- 100 g of semisweet chocolate (50 % cocoa solids)
