• 200 gms black currant
• 150 gms almond nuts ground
• 100 gms mixed peel
• 150 gms glazed cherries
• 100 gms chopped dates
• 50 gms candied ginger
• 50 gms dried apricots and figs choppped
• 2 Tbs orange marmalade
• 2 tbs Black treacle or liquid caramel
• 1 cup orange juice, orange and lemon rind grated

• 1 tsp pepper
• 1 tsp five spice powder
• 1 tsp cinnamon powder
• 1 tsp grated nutmeg
