MOINK Balls
This recipe is a recent discovery here at Country Bob’s. MOINK. As in “MOO” and “OINK.” That’s beef (moo) meatballs wrapped in bacon (oink).
Ingredients
- 28 oz frozen pre-made Beef Meatballs
- 2 lbs Cut Bacon
- 2 tsp Country Bobs Seasoning Salt
- 13 oz Country Bobs All Purpose Sauce
- 1.5 lbs ground beef chuck, at least 20% fat
- 3/4 cup fresh breadcrumbs
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 tsp freshly minced garlic
- 1 tsp Country Bobs Seasoning Salt
