Ingredients

• 4 croaker steaks (about 900 grams (2 pounds) )
• 1.2 kg (2 2/3 pounds) small potatoes
• 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
• 1/2 teaspoon pepper
• 2 medium onions
• 100 ml (1/2 cup) white wine
• 2 medium tomatoes
• 1/2 red pepper
• 1/2 orange pepper
• 1/2 yellow pepper
• 4 cloves of garlic
• 100 ml (1/2 cup) olive oil
• Salt (to taste)
