Ingredients

• ¾ c sugar
• 2 ½ tbsp cornstarch
• ¼ tsp salt
• 2 c cool whip or 1 c whipping cream
• 2/3 c water
• 1 c frozen or fresh blueberries
• 2 c frozen or fresh blueberries
• 1 c whipping cream
• 2 tbsp 10x sugar
• ½ tsp vanilla
• 2 tbsp butter
• 1 ½ tbsp lemon juice
