Ingredients

• 30 g Fresh parsley finely chopped
• 1 Banana shallot finely chopped
• 1 tsp Dried oregano
• 2 Garlic clove finely grated
• 1 Green chilli large mild finely chopped
• 3 tbsp Olive oil
• 1 tbsp Lemon juice
• 1 tbsp Red wine vinegar
• 1/2 tsp Caster sugar
• 1/4 tsp Salt
