Ingredients

• 2 cups all-purpose flour (or substitute 1 cup wheat flour for one cup white like I did)
• 1/2 c granulated sugar
• 1 T baking powder plus 1/8 t.
• 1/2 t salt
• 1 cup whole milk
• 1 t pure vanilla extract
• 1 large egg
• 1/2 cup canola oil
• 1 cup fresh chopped strawberries
• Also:
• 8 ounces cheese
• 1 T granulated sugar
• 1/8 t ground cinnamon
