• 3 tsp. corn starch
• 6 large peaches peeled and smashed/diced
• 1 cup sugar
• 1/2 tsp almond extract
• 2 tbsp butter
• 2 8oz. packages of cream cheese softened
• 1 16 oz. cool whip
• 2 cups powdered sugar
• 2 tsp vanilla
• dash of salt
• 2 prepared graham cracker crusts
