Ingredients

• 2 cups (500 mL) IVANHOE - Jalapeño Goat Cheese, shredded
• 1 cup (250 mL) HEWITT'S - Goat Milk Sour Cream
• 2 lb (1 Kg) baking potatoes, peeled and grated
• 1 cup (250 mL) onions, finely chopped
• 1/4 cup (50 mL) all purpose flour
• 2 eggs
• 1 1/2 tsp (7 mL) salt
• 1/2 tsp (2 mL) pepper
• 1/2 tsp (2 mL) garlic powder
• 1 cup (250 mL) vegetable oil, for frying
• 2 tbsp (30 mL) cilantro, chopped
• 1 tbsp (15 mL) lime juice
