Marinated Flank Steak Sandwiches

Ingredients

• 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
• 1 large Sweet onion
• 1/4 tsp Salt and pepper
• 1/4 tsp Granulated sugar
• 1/4 cup Light mayonnaise
• 1 tsp Chipotle pepper sauce
• 4 crusty italian buns cut in half
• 1 cup Arugula or romaine leaves
• 1/4 cup Red wine
• 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
• 1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
• 3 cloves Garlic minced
• 1 tbsp Fresh rosemary minced
• 1 lb Beef flank marinating steak
• 1/2 tsp Salt and pepper
