Ingredients

• 3 cups all-purpose flour

• 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

• 1 white, pink or ruby red grapefruit, zested
• 3 Tbsp. white, pink or ruby red grapefruit juice plus 3 tablespoons, divided
• 1/2 tsp. vanilla
• 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
