Tahini Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe

- 1 stick (113g) salted butter at room temperature
- 1/2 cup (100g) brown sugar
- 1/2 cup (100g) granulated sugar
- 2/3 cup (150g) tahini, stirred well
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 cups (150g) flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 9 ounces (250g) bitter or semisweet chocolate chips or chunks
- Flaky salt, for sprinkling (optional)
