Ingredients
- Two medium broccoli heads. Peel stems and make small florets and stems into smaller pieces.
- Boil mushrooms and slice them.
- Cut cherry tomatoes into ¼ or ½, as per your wish.
- Heat the oil in a pan. Add the garlic and stir-fry for a few seconds, then add the red chili flakes sliced mushroom, tofu cubes and broccoli.
- Add salt and stir-fry, stirring frequently, for about 04-05 minutes or until the broccoli florets develop brown spots and are quite tender.
- You can cook the broccoli based on your own preference, but it tastes best when it is tender but has a A-La-Dante (Bit of a bite).
