Salad with grilled sweet potato and green asparagus - Discovered

Ingredients

• 2 sweet potatoes, peeled
• 1 bunch of green asparagus
• 1 box of young spinach
• ½ peel of a salted lemon, finely cut
• 3 sprigs of rosemary, finely chopped leaves
• 3 sprigs of thyme, finely chopped leaves
• 1 clove of garlic
• 1 lemon, zest and juice
• 1 tsp icing sugar
• 8 tbsp olive oil (for drizzling)
