Good-Cooking - Very Lemon Pecan Bread

Ingredients

• 1/3 cup butter, melted
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 3 tablespoons lemon extract (I used ONE tablespoon - still nice and lemony)
• 2 eggs
• Grated peel of one lemon (yellow part only - about 1 1/2 tablespoons)
• 1 1/2 cups flour
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
• 1/2 cup milk
