- 275 g Ricotta Cheese (9 1/2 oz), at room temperature
- 75 ml Limoncello (5 tbsp)
- 1 Dr. Oetker Yellow Food Colour Gel
- 5 g Icing Sugar (1 tsp)
- Lemon x 1 for lemon rind (See tip)
