This is out of our local Fred Meyer magazine...this is quick, delicious and a great way to revitalize leftovers...
Ingredients
- 8 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream (or milk)
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 2 bell peppers (grilled, coarsely chopped)
- 1 onion, coarsely chopped (grilled)
- 8 ounces sausage (cooked, cut into bite size pieces)
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (like gruyere or cheddar)
