Ingredients: 125 g soft butter or margarine; ¾ cup castor sugar; Add 2 well beaten eggs; 1 teaspoon vanilla essence; Add to the above; Add +- 1 & ½ cups sifted flour mixed with 2 teaspoon baking powder; Add crushed pecans. Coconut almonds etc; Can colour tint the batter for rainbow or marble effect; And glazed with icing sugar mixed with little milk or water few more drops of orange essence pour over the cake; Sprinkled a bit of orange Rind over and 100's&1000's
