- 4 6oz pieces of halibut, boneless and skinless
- Salt
- pepper
- 1 Egg
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 cup salted macadamia nuts
- 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp Dried parsley
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- Jalapeno, Lime, Coconut creme Sauce
- Serve with Basmati Rice
- Serve with Roasted Red Curry Carrots
- Creamy Lemon Butter Sauce
- Serve with Mashed Potatoes
- Serve with Roasted Asparagus
