Bobbyland - Rye Bread

Ingredients

• 3 cups all purpose or bread flour
• 3 cups rye flour
• 2 packages dry yeast
• 1/4 cup cocoa
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 1 tablespoon salt
• 1 tablespoon caraway seeds
• 2 cups hot tap water ( 120 - 130º)
• 1/3 cup dark molasses
• 2 tablespoon shortening, room temperature
